With a fully customizable birth package, I offer two prenatal appointments which includes a birth plan to fit your needs, education around childbirth, what to expect and referrals, labor and delivery support as well as two postpartum appointments which can include night time care, safe sleep education, lactation support, meal support and referrals.

A fully customizable postpartum package can be essential to bonding and healing with your little one. I offer sibling support, night time newborn care, meal prepping, light housekeeping, support and education around safe sleep, lactation, recovering from labor & delivery, cesarean recovery support, and support around postpartum depression, with a lot of resources and referrals at my disposal, I am here to help no matter your circumstances. My approach is centered around the new parent(s) and family.

Pricing: $34/hr (Day Support)

$45/hr (Night Support)

With a background in trauma informed care, and lived experience, I offer a wide range of support for everyone to feel empowered, safe and comforted through their reproductive choices. I offer support and comfort through the gestational termination process or loss, as well as education and insight as to what options are available to you, no matter your circumstances. I offer additional resources, support, and referrals based on your individual needs for healing and nourishment.
